If you have purchased a product at full price, you may exchange it at any of our retail locations within 30 days of purchase or delivery, provided the items are returned in their original, unused condition. For a seamless exchange experience, please bring a copy of your receipt and all original packaging material, including the price label and any inserts, stiffener or ribbons, in their original, undamaged condition.

Refunds

For non-discounted products, we offer a cash refund if returned within 14 days of purchase, provided that the product is unused and in its original state.
